2. To describe how genomics and biometrics can be successfully integrated into personalized lifestyle medicine

3. To provide specific examples of how personalized nutrition is applied in the implementation of precision health care

The Symposium will take place on September 8-9, 2017 at the W Chicago - City Center. We have secured an excellent rate of $179 per night for the PLMI room block. A link to this special room rate will be provide in the registration confirmation. Space is limited. Early registration is strongly encouraged.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing no later than August 25, 2017 to be eligible for a refund, less a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations received on or after August 26, 2017 are non-refundable. Registrations are non-transferable. Failure to appear at the program with no prior written cancellation will result in complete forfeiture of the registration fee (nonrefundable, nontransferable, no exceptions).
